The Ostriches… Have Been Shot???
Nov 28, 2025 1:41 pm
Earlier this month, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) executed a 10-month-old cull order due to a recent outbreak of bird flu.
The targets of this directive were a flock of roughly 330 ostriches who were living peacefully on a farm in British Columbia.
Yes...
Ostriches.
...ostriches that, according to their owners, showed zero signs of illness.
Despite all their efforts to stop this unnecessary (and evil) massacre, the Canadian Supreme Court still sided with the agency and proceeded with their plans to eradicate the birds.
The worst part is that the CFIA openly admitted that the birds showed no signs of bird flu, yet claimed they “could still pass it anyway.”
…so, the government eventually showed up at the farm, rounded up all the ostriches…
...and shot them while the farm owners were within earshot.
You don’t have to be an animal rights activist to understand that this is an evil display of power by the Canadian government.
Still, the “trust the science” people at the CFIA thought they knew best (and apparently, they hold the power to walk onto private property and kill 300 innocent, healthy animals).
It is wrong in every imaginable way.
Now... imagine this happening to you in your private residence (this may seem like a stretch, but I assure you, it's not).
...imagine the government coming to your door and demanding that "Fluffy" the cat go with them to be euthanized because they "got word" the cat was ill.
“Please! You plead and cry. “Fluffy is a healthy cat with all her shots! I have the records to prove it!”
“Just following orders,” They’ll tell you.
Obviously, I’m being hyperbolic… but is this scenario really outside the realm of possibility in Canada anymore?
This whole situation with the ostriches has caused outrage... I kid you not.
People in Canada are fed up... as they should be.
...and it's obviously not just because of what happened to those poor ostriches.
This display of force was a blatant violation of property rights, and people are enraged because they know what happened with the ostriches is just another indicator of the growing power and increasing willingness to overreach by the Canadian government.
However...
Unlike animals, you have what it takes to protect your rights and freedoms.
Let this be the moment you announce “enough is enough” and read this important letter right here.
Once you read it, you'll know what to do next.
