I'm (Pretty Sure) I'm A Real Person...

Regardless of how you feel about it, Artificial Intelligence is revolutionizing the way we do business.

While I embrace technology to run a global company with over 30 employees and partners across multiple countries, I’m pretty sure none of them are AI—or at least I hope not!

But let’s not downplay the facts. AI is reshaping industries at breakneck speed.

Did you know that a study by PwC predicts AI could contribute up to $15.7 trillion to the global economy by 2030?

Or that 80% of executives surveyed by Accenture believe AI will fundamentally change the way they operate within the next three years?

While that potential is exciting, many are understandably cautious.

Elon Musk famously warned AI is far “more dangerous” than nukes.

Others, like Sundar Pichai, call AI "one of the most profound things” to impact humanity since the invention of fire.

Meanwhile, AI-related crimes - including the use of highly realistic "deepfakes" - are on the rise.

Here’s where I stand: While I value the efficiency and innovation AI brings, it will never replace the power of personal connections.

That’s exactly why I travel so much. Whether it’s touring potential real estate projects, sitting down with clients, or shaking hands with partners, face-to-face interactions remain irreplaceable in a world increasingly dominated by tech.

As the world adapts, so must we. But let’s not forget that trust and relationships are built with real conversations, not algorithms.

Some things in life, like real human interactions, are simply irreplaceable.

Speak soon,

Mikkel

P.S. If you want to verify for yourself that I’m not some AI construct, come join us at the Wealth, Freedom and Passports Conference live here in Panama City this March 14-15!
