I had some questions about yesterday's email about our trip to Panama. It's easiest to try and answer everyone together, so here we go:

Q. WHAT TYPE OF PROPERTIES WILL WE BE SEEING?

A. We will be visiting investment properties in Panama City just off the main drag, private island homes, properties overlooking a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, as well as going out to a gated beach community. There will be a great mix of properties and price points, both for investment and lifestyle.

Q. HOW DOES THE DEAL WORK?

A. You purchase your seats for the event (here) and your airfare upfront, and if you move forward with a property, you will be comped for the entire amount of the tour and your airfare up to $1,000 USD, making the trip free in the end.

Q. HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE ON THE TRIP?

A. We will have a maximum of ten people on the trip, ensuring all your questions will be answered and you will get lots of individual attention. Some spots have already been taken on the trips, so currently, there are less than ten available seats so please secure your spot ASAP.

Q. HOW DOES IMMIGRATION WORK IN PANAMA?

A. Panama has an excellent visa currently available. To qualify, you must purchase a property valued at at least $300k USD. Once the property is purchased, we can prove to immigration that you have made the minimum investment required to get your residency. Our lawyers will prepare your case file and explain all the documents required to process your application. However, please note that the government of Panama has stated that they will be raising the minimum investment amount from $300k to $500k in October, meaning if you want to get residency, you best come on the trip ASAP.

Q. WHAT IF I DON'T WANT RESIDENCY?

A. Residency is an add-on and completely optional. Lots of my clients just come to Panama to invest in a safe place to put money outside the USA, Europe, or Canada.
