We had an amazing response this morning when we unveiled the off-grid community we have been working on for the last 20 months (most of the work was permitting!) in the highlands of Panama.

The idea is a gated community with 87 home lots (most likely around 100 homes) that is currently being built in the highlands of Panama.

Couple of quick facts about the project:

• It's about a one-hour drive from Panama City
• 15 minutes from the beaches
• 1,000-foot elevation (so it is cooler than at sea level)
• Fully off-grid, including solar, Starlink, spring water, gardens, etc.
• We have mature fruit trees on site (like 250-year-old mango trees!)
• We have all our permits and are now starting to build!
• The community will have a gym, pickleball court, butterfly sanctuary, pools, amphitheatre, school, market, shops, restaurant, orchards and gardens, music studio, workshop, fishing, and more!
