If They Can Target Elon Musk, They Can Target You

This is truly disturbing...

Over 250,000 Canadians have signed a petition demanding that the government strip Elon Musk of his Canadian citizenship—simply because of his political associations.

As a Canadian myself, I am ashamed to see my birth nation sink into this level of authoritarianism.

The fact that political activists and government officials are even entertaining the idea of revoking citizenship based on ideology is a terrifying precedent.

It doesn’t matter if you love Musk, hate him, or are indifferent—if they can come after the world’s richest man, what do you think they could do to you?

Western governments are increasingly wielding citizenship and freedom of movement as weapons—not rights, but privileges that can be revoked if you don’t align with the right political views.

They did it to Novak Djokovic when they banned him from Australia for refusing a vaccine.

They did it to “unvaccinated” Canadian citizens when they banned them from even leaving the country.

And now, they want to do it to Elon Musk.

If you still think "this could never happen to me", you are ignoring the many, many warning signs.

This is exactly why I never rely on a single government for citizenship and residency, and why I encourage everyone to secure a Plan-B residency or second passport.

The time to act is before you need it—because by the time they come after you, it’s already too late.

If you haven’t secured your Plan-B residency yet, check out our membership levels to learn how Expat Money® can help you turn your offshore dreams into reality.

Take action now. Your freedom depends on it.
