With everything that is happening in the world I thought it would be prudent to do a presentation on the values we hold dear at Expat International School.

To be very upfront, I want people to know where we stand and what sort of lens our organization has and how we see the world.

It’s a shame more schools will not be upfront and honest with families, or even worse, pretend they don’t have a bias in one direction or another.

Hint: they all do, and it might not align with what you believe as a family.

I am proud of our school and what we have accomplished in the last year of setting this up and part of what makes us very different is how we view the world and our value system.

Are we political? No, I would say we are not political. 

Our values focus on freedom, liberty, prosperity, peace, personal responsibility, family, community, critical thinking, and honesty to name a few. 

Who knows with the crazy polarizing world we live in today though, maybe freedom and liberty are political topics? That’s for you to decide.

What I do know is that we are making a real difference in all of the kids' lives that join our program and the response from the parents has been phenomenal.
