A few months ago, I did a big webinar with my friend Patrick Hiebert on how to get residency in Nicaragua through a reforestation program.

It's something that just makes sense for anyone interested in having a Plan-B location. Nicaragua didn't have any lockdowns, mask enforcement, or vaccine mandates during covid, so it has been a safe haven for many of my clients.
