Legal Contract Review for Foreign Real Estate

May 10, 2024 10:45 am

I 100% recommend having a competent local lawyer review real estate contracts when doing deals in foreign countries.

And due to the fact that the majority of my clients are dumping their stock portfolios (we are expecting a massive market crash) and moving money into safer foreign real estate, I decided to take the real estate contract review process in-house by one of the lawyers who works on my team.

If you are doing a real estate transaction, for example, in Panama (like the project we just launched on Saturday), I highly recommend having it viewed by a local lawyer.

To try and help our community, we are offering this service at a massively discounted rate (often, lawyers charge 1% of the purchase price of the unit); I am offering this service for a flat fee of only $800 USD.

It includes:

  • Review the promissory agreement and purchase contract + legal comments or suggestions if needed.
  • Assistance as an intermediary between customer and developer or seller to facilitate paperwork and translation.
  • Legal advisory on the process of purchasing, property taxes, and titling.
  • Start to finish follow-up until the property title is made and the public deed is registered
