Maximize Your Returns: Discover the Ultimate Tool for Short-Term Rental Analysis Overseas

Hey everyone, I have a special Christmas gift for you below, but first, I want to wish you a Merry Christmas and hope you had an excellent day with your families.

We had a more relaxed Christmas this year at the Thorup family home, as there have been a million things on the go that I just didn't have the time to go over the top.

Usually, I try and take a vacation during Christmas, New Year's and the first week of January to recharge and regroup so I am prepared for the year to come, but this year, I am not even doing that...

All I wanted for Christmas this year was to catch up on some work projects that have been neglected and clear my plate so I can start the year fresh.

You see in my work, my Private Clients come first in everything I do. Nine hours a day, I am working one-on-one with wealthy families who need a proper Plan-B and get them (and their assets and businesses) set up offshore.

It's a complete "done-with-you" service; from A-Z.

I always stay up to date with this work, and my clients are extremely well taken care of, but because of this, sometimes there are fun little projects that get half-created but not finalized...

One such project is a tool that will help everyone considering purchasing international real estate to properly analyze deals.

It is geared to those of us who want to do short-term rentals, for example, beachfront real estate, which I am a massive fan of, but it can also be modified for long-term rentals.

Honestly, I am pretty stoked about how this tool turned out and think it will make it seamless to analyze deals accurately and show the true ROI potential of international real estate.

I analyze so many deals that I know this will help make everyone's lives easier.

You can even name the property or project and have it automatically emailed to you for your records.

That's just plain cool :)

I have some major concerns going into 2024 about a likely stock market crash and a continuation of the banking collapse we witnessed in 2023.

I am assisting my clients to move money out of risky (and easily seized) assets like stock portfolios and instead move it into tangible assets that will retain value in a systemic-collapse and in inflationary times.

Anyways, I made the calculator free for everyone to use.

Merry Christmas:

PS. This tool is worth bookmarking as its use will come up again and again. I will also be adding to it as we get feedback on how it works. If you notice any mistakes or problems, please reply to this email and let us know!!
