Israel vs Iran: Is This the Spark That Lights World War 3?
Jun 16, 2025 12:16 pm
This week, we’ve seen chaos erupt as Israel and Iran are trading missiles.
I’m praying this ends soon and doesn’t spiral into a full-blown regional war.
If it does, the U.S. and much of the West could get sucked in; think Iraq and Afghanistan on steroids.
People often ask where I stand on conflicts like the one exploding between Israel and Iran right now.
My answer’s always the same: I’m vehemently antiwar, and my side is peace.
Unfortunately, it seems like a World War 3 scenario is becoming less hypothetical every day.
A wider war could drag the U.S., the UK, and other NATO countries directly into the conflict, and could even envelop the nuclear-armed Pakistan and India.
And all bets are off if Iran closes the Strait of Hormuz, which will almost surely send oil prices skyrocketing and see crashing markets worldwide.
Meanwhile, the Western world is already financially stretched thin, with the U.S. on the verge of $37 trillion in debt, while France, the UK, and even now Canada seem intent on spending themselves into oblivion in order to escalate the conflict with Russia.
This situation is a geopolitical and economic disaster waiting to happen, and is, sadly, another wake-up call for many who feel the very real threat of war won’t reach their doorstep.
Unfortunately, a potential World War 3 scenario is something that simply has to factor into your Plan-B preparations.
You don’t want to start scraping together an exit plan while watching missiles fly outside your window.
I left the UAE six years ago in part because I saw the tensions with Iran brewing, and knew if anything began to occur, I wanted to be nowhere near it.
When a wartime scenario hits, I will tell you one thing: governments don’t protect your freedom when the chips are down; they tighten the screws.
As countries gear up for war, expect to see greater spending, higher inflation, and capital controls.
And many around the world will continue to face the very real threat of violence via either a direct strike, a terrorist attack, or, heaven forbid, a nuclear exchange.
When people begin to panic, your family’s safety won’t be anyone’s priority but yours.
There is simply no way to be too prepared for a situation like this, and having a safe place to call home if your home country becomes too dangerous is non-negotiable.
If you’ve been waiting for a sign, this is it. Tomorrow might be too late.
If you aren't prepared yet, read this important letter.
Speak soon,
Mikkel
PS. I held a webinar this past Saturday, where I provided a behind-the-scenes look at a special project that has been years in the making. I broke down how you can own a slice of this elite commercial real estate project in Panama City…before the rest of the world catches on. I urge you to watch this video and take advantage of this opportunity while it's still available, as units are selling quickly. Head over to expatmoney.com/webinar right away and check it out.
