My Journey So Far in Impacting
Women Entrepreneurs!

I want to take you on a little journey - one that led me to what I focus on today in regard to supporting women thrive.
I am NOT a feminist and I've even lost a couple friends by saying that... Don't get me wrong: Rights, equality and Women getting equal in all aspects is of course something I stand by and back - yet Men and Women both have amazing powers and strengths, and each are needed. Finding the beauty in holding our unique roles, while being as powerful in them is an art...
anyway - another topic for another day.
So why a focus on Women then, one might ask...?
In 2019 I decided to change the life that I had. Things were pretty tough with my X Marriage, kids were leaving home, my advisory department as well as 20 others like it across London had been deleted, linked to budget cuts and elections... and all I had built seemed like it was breaking apart... and I had a chance to craft something of my own.
I set about it initially with so much zest for success and an easy life... I had all the confidence in the world... or so I thought!
I was strong, I was respected, I was sought after in career and in friendships and more... I believe I would be invincible and easily create the grand Consultancy and Education Reform Business I believed was mine.
I then got everything set up, with schools across the globe, with a Big Consultancy Package *(Per School)
I was set for life - Living my dream life in Spain, beautiful Villa, New forming Friends, pool-side champagne in the afternoons and jetting around the world to do the work I loved.
Well -- dreams are free and COVID hit and smashed all the plans.
It was then that I began to focus on an even bigger dream... of opening up my own school. One step forward, three steps back. Road blocks, Red Tape, Black Money and one hurdle after the next, that I moved my focus to a learning centre for young people combined with a business centre for Entrepreneur Growth.
It was a success in so many ways and brought a wonderful community together of which many of you came to love...
Yet the life of a solopreneur and fempreneur on top of that, in a country not their own, only smittens of the language and little network etc etc etc...
5 months ago I made the decision to move the whole business online - which is growing and going well, yet a pivot is a pivot and takes work.
The amount that I have learnt over the last two years of doing this business is astronomical and I am still learning everyday... and its empowering, wonderful and downright exhausting.
Going through extreme symptoms of Perimenopause while changing my life, building a business has kicked me in the ass, to say the least.
Becoming an Entrepreneur while figuring out who I am now in this new phase of my life; without the props of title, husband, kids, friendship groups etc has also been a bit of a mind-fuck and emotionally exhausting.
Being an Entrepreneur is HARD and we don't really appreciate the depth of what that looks like in 'real -time'. Being a Fempreneur is even HARDER I believe.
Long-embedded mindsets, bias, traditional thought patterns, limiting expectations and so much more give extra weight to what we as WOMEN have to overcome. Internally and Externally.

There are a host of attitudes that come at us externally, yet the biggest ones that hinder us are those that lie within...

To make what could be a 'forever email' shorter, I will sum up with:
- Working to exhaustion because you are so used to being the carer of everyone and NEVER putting yourself first
- Not naming your price as it should be due to not fully knowing your worth
- Being brave and doing EVERYTHING and every role because you NEVER ask for help
- Always smiling and never showing weakness because you HAVE to be the strong one
These are embedded traits in each of us beautiful and strong women. You have held your families together with these strengths, yet its a heavy load.
As an Entrepreneur you CANNOT!
I learnt that these traits were embedded in me- and I even thought for the longest time that they were my strongest assets. But exhaustion taught me otherwise.
Taking time for yourself and making sure you are well and right is the ONLY WAY to be truly strong enough to be successful in your business ventures...
Here's a little sneak peak of some key messages we play with throughout our courses...
Step 1: Rewrite Your Mental Paycheck
Would you work for someone who pays you in “thank yous” and “you’re amazing” instead of actual cash?
No? Then why are YOU doing it? Your value is not based on how much you endure—it’s based on the magic you bring to the table.
🔥 Action: Right now, double your prices in your head. Sit with the discomfort. That’s your worth talking, and she’s been ignored for WAY too long.
Step 2: Stop the "I Got This" Syndrome
Listen, Beyoncé has a whole team, and you’re out here trying to be a one-woman empire. STOP.
Asking for help doesn’t make you weak; it makes you wise.
🔥 Action: Write down ONE thing you HATE doing in your business. Now, brainstorm how you can outsource, delegate, or completely delete it from your life.
Step 3: Flip the Strong Woman Script
Strength isn’t about how much you can take—it’s about knowing when to say, “Not today, Susan.” Being vulnerable doesn’t mean you’re weak; it means you’re self-aware.
🔥 Action: For the next 24 hours, practice saying “I need help with this” at least once. Start small if you need to, like “I need help opening this jar” or “I need help finishing this chocolate.” (Okay, maybe not that last one.)
Your New Mantra: "I Deserve Ease & Abundance"
Not struggle. Not burnout. Not “barely making it.” You deserve to thrive, rest, and get PAID. Say it with me: I am worthy, I am valuable, and I charge accordingly.
🔥 Action: Stand in front of a mirror, look yourself dead in the eye, and say this:
"I am not available for struggle. I am a powerful, wealthy, well-rested woman. People PAY ME for my brilliance. And no, I will NOT lower my price because Brenda from accounting thinks it's 'too expensive'."
Now go put yourself first. Because, sis—you are the prize. 💃🏽✨

I will stop my story and rantings here for now... yet it's clear my Journey; my successes, my fuck-ups, my achievements and my decisions, I have learnt so much.
