Metabolism, hormones… and your inner state {{contact.first_name}}

Hi there ,

I want to share something that might resonate with you…

Over time, many people exploring inner work (like Ho’oponopono) start noticing something subtle:

Even when you're doing the practices…

Something in your body doesn’t feel quite right.

– Lower energy than usual

– Changes in weight or metabolism

– Feeling less “aligned” than before

And it’s easy to assume it’s just emotional or mental.

But here’s something important:

👉 Sometimes, the body itself needs support.

Your metabolism and hormonal balance can directly influence how you feel, think… and even how easy it is to return to that inner state of peace.

That’s why I wanted to share this with you.

I’m hosting a mini course with a Qigong teacher I deeply respect: Laoshi Ooi Kean Hin.

Before anything else, I’d love for you to get a feel for him:

A little about him…

Ooi Kean Hin is a registered pharmacist and a Qigong therapist and instructor based in Penang, Malaysia. He also represents the Malaysian Zhineng Qigong Federation in collaboration with the Ministry of Health’s Traditional and Complementary Medicine Division.

He began practicing Zhineng Qigong in 1997 after a knee injury… and something unexpected happened.

With just simple daily practice, his knee improved significantly.

But what really changed his path was a serious health crisis in 1999.

After emergency kidney surgery, he was told his kidney function might only recover to about 30%.

Instead, after months of dedicated Qigong practice…

👉 His kidney function returned to 95%.

That experience led him to dedicate his life to practicing, teaching, and sharing Qigong around the world.

Now, about the course…

This is not just a practice-based class.

It’s a combination of theory and practical methods, so you understand what’s happening in your body and how to support it.

We’ll explore:

– How metabolism really works from an energy perspective

– The role of hormones in your daily well-being

– Why inner work sometimes feels “blocked” by the body

– Simple Qigong practices to restore balance

What I personally love about this approach is that it doesn’t separate body and consciousness.

When the body starts to rebalance…

It becomes much easier to access clarity, calm, and that “zero state” we often talk about.

If this speaks to you, you can check all the details here:
