Five on Friday

Happy Friday!

Spring is in the air.

Little crocuses popping up in the garden.

Longer days.

Farmer's markets, walks and runs outdoors and...

Salad season!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But let's first talk about the last four months. Winter was hard this year....and spring took its sweet time to arrive.

Many of my clients have reached out to me to ask me about bloating, about feeling like they have put on a few pounds, about not having as much energy.

This is perfectly normal.

Our rhythms are biologically set for hibernation - we are meant to store a little bit more over the colder months; to enjoy resting by the fire and reading a good book (I have a few great suggestions this week!) and leaning into the season.

Spring revitalizes us.

That's what The Healthy Six does.

I am moving the start of this program to May 9th - Mother's Day weekend.
