I think it would be tough to get into winter if we didn't have the beauty and grace of fall. I don't know about you, but this weekend it felt like fall has made a dramatic appearance - the colors leaping out of the trees saying,
"Look at me! How beautiful is change?"
I want to change I thirst for it, and I feel it is my purpose to help people fall in love with movement.
Yet...somehow, I fall back on default settings. We all do
Let's take sleep: This summer, my Recovery Pillar was not solid. I have two teenagers, and so going to bed at 10 so I am asleep by 11, so I get a full 7 hours of sleep. Summer had kids coming in at midnight and Erin tired.
In September, I started going to bed earlier. Simple in idea, not always in execution, but I am working on it.
