  1. Giel Vlught sending it - well unless you live under a rock you must have heard about those double loops setting new standard. Gile is a master of them. This requires insane wind and forces on your body so unless you are a Viking warrior (like Giel) I recommand not to try, just enjoy the view.
  2. Drums and basses - Calibrate - drop it down! Oh man, I grew up on drumandbass, but somehow stopped listening to it. THere was a new co worker this year, a joung blood and he brought it back to my life again. It carries so much power! Makes me run 2x faster. Try it! There is melodic, to crazy dubs too. Here is my favorite.
  3. I am working on late rotations - here is a video - the goal is this. Jump high and straight, pull a kiteloop and during this epic moment, do a late rotations. They are not easy but getting there. I am seaparating the steps so now just practicing without the kiteloop. WORKS!
  4. Lately I got lazy, that means no regular workout. Now I am getting back to it. Earlier, after a longer workout brake I always tried to go back to my regular practice, making me burn out fast again. Now I have a super nice way to do it - it is no magic - gradually. 10 minute run, one set of pushup, pullup, squats, and some abs exercices. I am addin each day plus 1 set and 1 minute to the run. At 3 sets I stay 3 days. Then at 4 sets 4 days. Works for me! within 21 days i will be a monster. Or sort of. I will feel like one
  5. Bonus! Breathwork. I am glad it gains popularity. I used to do only Wim Hof Method. But now I do all kinds of different versions like Soma breathing. Lovely feeling. You getting high on your own breath. Pretty much. No need much preparation just breath fully in, and then let it go 30 times. At the last one You breath out and hold your breath until it feels OK. That is it! Here is a guided one.
