I should have thought of this earlier

Between the Pages

Hi

As I mentioned in my previous newsletter, my first release, The Red Heart is currently free in the US market until 24 March. The book has been re-edited - time gave me the opportunity to review it with fresh eyes.

Amazon wouldn't let me promote it for free in other markets but I've been able to reduce it to 0.99 in the Australian, Canadian and UK markets. Thought I would quickly let you know while there's still the opportunity to grab a bargain. The price reverts to the normal level of 3.99 after the 24th March.

It's the first book in the Red Centre Series, but each book can be read as a stand-alone story.

Crash landing an aircraft is not a good career move. It's less than appropriate when the aircraft owner is the only man who has ever found a chink in your armour.

Kathy Sullivan has no time for relationships. Taking up a new job as company pilot in 1980’s Alice Springs, she's focussed on developing her career. She didn't plan for the impact encounters with Alex Woodleigh would have on her. Each occasion results in conflict, so why did she feel the way she did?

Still mourning the death of his childhood friend, Alex is affronted at the thought of a city woman stepping into the dead man's shoes. He's conflicted between loyalty to a mate, and the increasing attraction to a woman who gives as good as she gets.

In the face of disaster, Alex is forced to acknowledge the basis for his actions. Is it too late to convince Kathy his motivations are genuine? There's still the issue of compensation for the damaged plane. She's outraged at what she believes Alex is suggesting.
