It's a leap year, so today is a special day, particularly for all the people who were born on 29 February over the years. This year, it's more special for me, because it is launch day for Return to Sandy Bay.
This is the second book in the Sandy Bay Series, following on from Escape to Sandy Bay. With the hot weather we've been experiencing in Adelaide lately, the suggestion of an escape to the beach sounds wonderful.
In celebration of launch day, the first book, Escape to Sandy Bay, has been reduced to US$0.99 for one week only.That gives a low-cost introduction to the series.
Return to Sandy Bay has been on pre-order for a few weeks in ebook format, and those copies will be released today by the various retailers. Let me know what you think after reading it, and as always, I'd be so chuffed if you left a review where you purchased the book.

You can't revisit the past, but sometimes the past catches up with you.
Delia flees Sandy Bay with a secret she can’t share. She leaves behind the carefree life that young people enjoy in the coastal town. She also leaves behind the man she loves, resolutely forging a future and career in the city.
Work draws her back to the small town in which she grew up, forcing her to confront her past and the people who shaped it. Some facts are easily manipulated, and not all actions are honourable. She can’t hide the truth from Ben any longer, but there are surprises in store for both of them.
As one door in her life closes, another opens with a new business opportunity, potentially bringing them closer together. She hadn’t counted on the changing family dynamics when she planned this move.

She stirs the emotions in ways he didn’t expect, but when she neglects his son, he is quick to lash out.
Leaving the past behind is not so easy, especially with unfinished business back in the city. Should she forgive and forget, or forge a new life so different to the one she’d always imagined? The responses of the men in her life influence the decision she needs to make, but which choice is the right one?.
