Hope your week’s been gentle on your soul. I’ve been tucked away in my studio playing with one of my favourite frequencies on the planet… 432 Hz. If you’ve ever wondered why it feels so soothing, here’s a little behind-the-scenes magic for you.

432 Hz is often called the universal frequency because it lands softer in the body than the sharper 440 Hz concert pitch. The moment you listen your nervous system starts to unwind. Your breath drops. Your whole field begins to open up. It’s like a little tuning fork for your mind and emotions bringing you back into balance when life’s been a bit much.

People use 432 Hz for easing stress, emotional healing, deeper sleep, creativity boosts, meditation and simply feeling more like themselves again. You don’t have to “do” anything. Just listen. Let it wash through your space. Your energy will do the rest.
