A lovely soul from my community messaged me last week to say she’d been struggling with sleep for months. Tossing, turning, waking up groggy. Nothing seemed to help.

She decided to try one of my 10-hour Angelic Frequency tracks, leaving it on quietly overnight. And for the first time in ages… she slept right through till morning. She woke up calm, rested, and with a little smile on her face. 🌌

That’s the power of these frequencies. They might sound simple — just sound and tone, but when you let them into your daily life, they can shift so much.
