Hi , beautiful soul,

Gosh what extraordinary times we are living in. Things are changing every day, so fast - I call it 'the quickening'. And this is affecting us all over the world, in ways we (most of us) have never before seen in of our lifetime! And, unfortunately, events also seems to causing a separation, a rip in the universe - pulling humanity in half, almost - all by design, although I know from talking with some there are a few out there who do not agree with the latter part of that statement!

I hope you are all managing to 'take time out' to reflect and take stock of what's really going on in your life so that you can follow your gut rather than where you are led by others (me included!). Some would call this taking stock, others meditation, others prayer. It doesn't really matter what you call it, taking a step back and time to observe what is going on is needed more now than any other time in history. This whole worldly affair we are living through of late has forced every single one of us to face our spiritual reality head on.

And that's where this weeks painting 'Angelic Space Disk' comes in (below). Whilst taking some 'time out' the other day, and to cut a long story short I was given this light vibrational source to place like you would a cd disc (sideways) just where the spleen is. It will stay there vibrating, and is to help you stand strong and maintain your vibration during these difficult times. It radiates out an angelic light and hum. Try this for yourself using your imagination. I hope you find it helpful.
