Accuracy:-

It is the closeness with which an instrument reading approaches the true value of the quantity being measured. Thus accuracy of a measured means conformity to truth.

Precision:-

It is a measure of the reproducibility of the measurement.

Static Sensitivity:- 

The static sensitivity of an instrument or an instrumentation system is the ratio of the magnitude of the output signal or response to the magnitude of input signals or the quantity being measured.

Threshold:-

The smallest measurable input value of a property such as voltage, current, power, etc.
