I'm well.


The first order of business as a business owner is SELF-CARE.


Really?


YES!


Why because, You can't do anything effectively if you are not healthy and well.


Because you want to make an impact, transform, solve problems and change lives.


And that all begins with your understanding and commitment to making time for regular Self-Care time and activities.


Self-Care activities can include:


✅ Taking a Walk outside

✅ Reading

✅ Spending time with friends, children, spouse

✅ Taking a break from social media

✅ Journaling

✅ Cooking or baking

✅ Exercise

✅ Sleeping, Rest or Non-stimulating activities


Self-Care is your opportunity to make space for you to re-connect with yourself and to replenish, rejuvenate and to have peace, calm, joy, happiness or whatever emotion makes you feel at ease.


Reducing and controlling how you use social media is good for your mental health, life enhancing by enabling you to focus, be present and give yourself space to just be or engage all your senses more fully.
