Setting an intention is great!

Then you have to take a specific action.

For me, my intention is:

“I see myself being paid to speak on the Biggest Stages in the USA and beyond".

So, the action I am taking is to hone my public speaking craft and applying to speak on stage in the US and the UK.

Yesterday, I attended week 2 of the Spellbound Public Speaking Course founded by Dawid.

It's a 3-week intensive Public Speaking Course and at the end you have to give a short talk.

This week we learnt all about do's and don't of public speaking.

And it was show time, where we got deliver a speech we had been ask to learn.

All you can be certain of is Change.

You do always have choices.

Feelings are NOT Facts!

You can take the following 3 Actions:

1 You can volunteer with a group that speaks and advocates on that cause

2 You can use your own social platforms to share your views about your values and beliefs

3 You become a Speaker and talk about this issue

These Actions are just a starter for 10.

Now the corporate environment will no doubt change in relation to geo-political changes locally and globally.

You will need to make decisions about your career and how you respond if your company changes policies or cuts back.

It's important to remember that you're not alone.

That you can do, something, as Michelle Obama Said!

However, the sage words of my coach and mentor

Nothing changes unless You Do!
