Dear Wonderful Woman,

How are you doing?

I am well.

Yesterday I wore a new blouse that I had got from my local branch of the British Heart Foundation charity shop.

I had bought a number of really great pre-loved items and 2 fabulous dresses.

Anyway I put on my new blouse and I popped in to chat to my Husband and his face said it all before he even opened his mouth!

He told me he didn't like and he thought it made me look like a grandma and a 1970s fashion victim, he didn't hold back!!!!

In the past, this may have made me think twice about did I really like this blouse?

Should I change this blouse?

Was this blouse a mistake?

Instead, I said, "Thank you for your feedback. I like this and I'm going to wear it".

And sometimes in your career you can get some feedback that makes you question if you're on the right path and question your value or worth.

When that happens it can be tempting to accept the opinion of other's without really thinking about, does this really ring TRUE for me and what I want from my

career right now?
