Power Question for Career Success - Day 6
Question 6: What are my strengths and the things I excel in?
This question is helping you reflect on your strengths. In thinking about this question I would like you to consider the questions below:
What am I good at?
What comes easily to me?
What do colleagues often ask for my advice on?
What do people outside of work ask for my advice on?
What are my top four talents or strengths?
These questions are to support you to reflect on your strengths. To consider what you're good at and how you are using these strengths. It is for you to consider could I be making more of my strengths and what would that look like.
Before you can move forward with confidence, it is important for you to recognise your own unique strengths and the things that come easily and naturally to you. Don't be shy, and lean into your talent!
Reflect and journal on that question and take action on dialing up your belief in yourself, the value that you already create simply by being you and the opportunities there are for you when you harness your strengths for career success.
