I hope that you have enjoyed the Christmas Self-Care Series. It has been my pleasure to give you permission to take time for yourself during this holiday season. It doesn't have to take long or cost money. In fact it's the simple things that can be so satisfying and nourishing for your soul or your personal growth.

I hope that you are encouraged to see the value in spending time on yourself, giving yourself grace, and growing your cheerleading muscles! Because no-one benefits more than you when you are your own No.1 Cheerleader.

To end this series and this year I'd like to say "Thank You", for sharing this space with me, for wanting to change your career and your life. For accepting your imperfect magnificence as you journey to become the woman that you need to be to achieve your biggest career dreams.

Here's one final Self-Care challenge for the road. I'd like you to spend 15 mins creating your new confidence mantra for 2022, this is the phrase that you will use to remind yourself of your greatness! It should go as follows, "I am x because I am also y and this makes me great!"
