I had a weekend where I was resting and preparing for a conference that I'm exhibiting at this week.

I recently attended a really good Business Mastermind last week.

And I was struck by some advice I was given by a new friend.

That Idea was around playing bigger in my marketplace.

Getting focused, targeted and speaking to a particular market segment who have an urgent need.

And when she said it, it made sense.

I know who the bigger market players are, I have seen and admired their work.

I had never imagined until now there was an opportunity for me to serve in this market too. 💡💡💡💡💡💡💡💡

However, it makes sense, for me to really gives this a go.

To stop making excuses about why not!

Am I expert enough to pitch to these people etc!

There is only one way to find out and that is to make my pitch!

To take action!

To step up and to do the doing!

Always remember to challenge your thinking and to get a fresh perspective, before you give up before you have even started!

This could have been a great loss to me.

It reminds of this sage advice:

Feelings aren't FACTS!

So when you think about it, when you feel uncomfortable it doesn't mean that you shouldn't do it.

It's an opportunity for Growth, Building your Confidence Muscles and Showing yourself that - You Can and You Will!

So, this week I've been thinking about playing bigger.

I want to take this opportunity to remind you that:

Feedback is a gift. When comes from someone you know like and trust. Even if it stings! Sometimes we really do need tough love to achieve our biggest and greatest dreams.

So today I offer you 3 questions to consider how can I make the most of Q4?

1 What is 1 thing I want to be true for me by 31st October?

2 When I dream of waking up on 31st December 2024 what 3 things do I want to be true for me?

3 What help do I need to invest in to change my results?

By the same token putting yourself out there on LinkedIn and being more visible on LinkedIn is a risk and is about listening to feedback about what's working and what isn't!

Many think it's a chore and it's not something they do with open arms, joy or any sort of enjoyment.

Well what if you changed the narrative to:

I get to use LinkedIn to further my visibility, to create opportunities for me, for the people and things I care about.

When you think about LinkedIn through the lens of the realm of possibilities, it creates space to be open to attract, to be your best self and to receive what is out there when you're in alignment.

Now that is sounding perhaps a bit woowoo, but then if "you are what you think, do and don't".

It's in the don't....

The fear.....

The lack space.....

That self-doubt & Imposter Syndrome live.

So with the opportunity of the last quarter of the year, I urge you to think about these 3 questions:

1 Would If continue this if I wasn't afraid to fail?

2 Am I being true to myself and am I playing big enough?

3 What story is it time to ditch?
