I'm well.

I had an unpleasant experience recently whilst I was running last weekend.

I was coming to the end of my run and ran under some trees and I felt something drop from the tree. Unfortunately it was some bird poop!

And in the moment it was a shock and it definitely felt icky and uncomfortable.

It was something that could have ruin, my day, week or month.

Sometimes when we have frustrations or negative experiences in our career, we can hold onto them, let them sow the seeds of self-doubt, and fear, sap our energy and confidence.

Today I want to remind you that your past does not predict your future.
