There is something about when you realise that you:

Are the prize as my business coach and mentor says. You are great! You're Awesome! When you own that the magic happens! You have a different way of being.

Are you really paying attention to what's working for you?

Or are dismissing it because you haven't achieved your bigger goal....

And I think that it's good to really think about:

What is working? 😍

Where am I winning? 🎉

How can I use this to move forward with my biggest goal? 🎯

I want to take this opportunity to remind you that:

Acknowledging what is going well and right can help you to amplify this in areas where you're not quite there yet.

So today I offer you 3 questions to consider how you to serve you finishing 2024 Strong! Check out the questions below:

1 What are my results now and am I lying to myself about how I am really doing?

2 If I put down my armour and stepped into my discomfort, what would I focus on or get help with?

3 Who can give me the honest feedback, that I need to make a breakthrough?

By the same token putting yourself out there on LinkedIn and being more visible on LinkedIn is a risk and is about listening to feedback about what's working and what isn't!

Many think it's a chore and it's not something they do with open arms, joy or any sort of enjoyment.

Well what if you changed the narrative to:

I get to use LinkedIn to further my visibility, to create opportunities for me, for the people and things I care about.

When you think about LinkedIn through the lens of the realm of possibilities, it creates space to be open to attract, to be your best self and to receive what is out there when you're in alignment.

Now that is sounding perhaps a bit woowoo, but then if "you are what you think, do and don't".

It's in the don't....

The fear.....

The lack space.....

That self-doubt & Imposter Syndrome live.

So with the opportunity of the last quarter of the year, I urge you to think about these 3 questions:

1 Would If continue this if I wasn't afraid to fail?

2 Am I being true to myself and am I playing big enough?

3 What story is it time to ditch?
