Is 1 person enough to run it?

Hello Lovely New Coach and Consultant,

How are you doing?

I'm well.

I recently finished my pilot for my Career Transitions Programme for Experienced Professional Women who are Experts in their field.

And yet it wasn't a certainty that I was going to proceed with actually going ahead with the programme, because my own expectations had not been met with the numbers I was seeking to get.

Yesterday, I was speaking to peer another coach further ahead than me and we were catching up one thing she shared with me that was shared to her from her coach was about this concept:

Is it enough when 1 person or 2 people signs up to go ahead?

And out there in the world we are conditioned by expectations and that for it to be successful, valuable or useful that there needs to be a crowd or a so called quorate number.

And that is False.

Because when 1 person or 2 people have resonated with your message and committed themselves to the transformation journey, event, workshop or experience that is more than enough.

Because you get to understand from real people what spoke to them, what didn't and how you can amplify these things the next time.

I can tell you I was really on ledge about the programme and I was going to pull the plug before I'd had the opportunity to test, to learn and to understand the power or potential of my programme.

I cannot tell you how proud I am to have graduated these ladies: Susan Rocke, Lilian Umeakunne and Patricia Byrne. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

That is something I would have regretted!

Hit reply and let me know what are your thoughts on running events with low numbers?

Have a great day ahead.

Warm Regards,

Ekua 💛
