I'm well.

I know one of the things about thinking about transitioning from employment to self-employment or to being employed and a paid expert are the conditions which we place on ourselves.

Conditions are very different, from making a plan to transition. Because sadly that plan won't happen if you wait for:

❌ The perfect time

❌ To be 100% READY

❌ When wait to Do something you believe you need to do, which in fact you don't!

One thing that some women believe is that to be a paid expert or consultant they need to have published something. This is FALSE!

Having conditional beliefs is VERY damaging and holds back your personal growth and OPPORTUNITY.

When you predicate your action on something that doesn’t actually need to be done to prove you’re an expert,-

All you’re doing is procrastinating and denying the world of your incredible knowledge and impact.
