Have you taken enough action this month?

Dear Wonderful Woman,
How are you doing?
I'm well.
As we are getting to the close of this month, you'll be thinking about how have the past opening 3 months of the year been for me. Specifically how has this month that is drawing to close gone?
What do my results tell me about what I have been doing and what I've not been doing?
In this moment of self reflection I want to both to a place to honour and celebrate what has gone well, in addition exploring what do believe about yourself right now.
Celebration
First let's start with celebration. ππππ
What are 3 things in your career that you would like to celebrate that you have done in this past month?
Next let's check in on your beliefs.
Beliefs
What do you believe about your ability to make significant progress with your biggest career dream for 2023?
Dial up you self-affirming beliefs ππππ
Take a moment to take yourself back to a moment when things were going well with your career and you feel like you were achieving your goals. Reflect on these questions:
What were you thinking?
What action were you taking?
What inspired you to overcome your challenges?
Career Challenges
What is 1 thing that has been a challenge in your career in this past month and have you taken any action to challenge it?
Help with facing your career challenge
Let's help you to move forward with your career challenge. Reflect on this questions:
Can you name your career challenge?
How does it make you feel?
What can you do to get advice or support with that challenge?
Always remember that tough times don't last. Whatever you're facing in your career right now, there are opportunities out there for you and you're doing better than you believe.
Even if you're not there yet, you have it within you to make progress, be courageous and you will achieve your career goal.
I'm rooting for you! ππΎπππΎπ
Hit reply and let me know 1 lesson or growth that you've had this month that you're taking into April?
I hope you have a great day ahead.
Warm Regards,
Ekua π
