Creating a space for energy and peace

How are you doing? 


I'm well.


How do you feel about your social media usage at the moment?


Being on social media has many benefits and that can support you to attract career opportunities, to network and achieve your career goals.


However it takes time and energy to be on social media, to produce content, to interact and to engage.


If you feel like it's causing you health problems, or it's making you feel stressed or overwhelmed it's time to reassess your usage.


And it can be sometimes be hard to spot the signs.


Check in with yourself and ask yourself if you feel:


  • Drained
  • Overwhelmed
  • Stressed
  • Burnout
  • Is it affecting my mental or physical health
  • It's affecting my mood in a negative way


It's important to consider how you using are social media and is it supporting you to create the holistic career success that you desire.


Taking some time off social media can:


  • Improve your mental health
  • Lower your stress and anxiety
  • Give you time to be present with your loved ones
  • Give you time to enjoy nature
  • Give you time to exercise
  • Improve your sleep quality


Taking time away from social media, will give you space, energy, peace and the opportunity to decide on how to be a more mindful user.


It can be a daunting task to think about how to reduce or take a break from social media.
