The Rest is an Important part of your Success

Dear Wonderful Woman,


I'm hope you're well.


Yesterday I wasn't feeling well and so I took the day off to rest and to recalibrate.


It's really easy to keep calm and to carry on when you're ambitious and you want to achieve so many things with the time you have available.


However the problem becomes when you accept and start to fail to notice when your mental health is declining and you're in survival mode. Living in a place of survival instead of thriving is not a good place to be.


Today I wanted to remind you to choose your health and well-being and to put yourself first. Because in so doing you are creating the space for you too:


😍 Think inspired thoughts

😍 To take courageous actions

😍 To go beyond your current level of comfort


Today I'm sharing 3 questions to check in on yourself in terms of your health:


1 How do I feel today?

2 How is my health today?

3 What is 1 thing I can do today to support my mental or physical health today?


I hope this reminds you that you are your most important asset and to make your health and well-being a priority.
