Today I am reminded that it is so important to dial up your self-belief, build your confidence and to know that you have it within you to break old habits and patterns that have existed in your career year.

One of the affirmations I love, that helps me to take steps towards change is:

I am breaking old patterns in my life and I am moving forward with gratitude in my life. 

As we are coming to the close of November and the year, it's an opportunity to reflect, to acknowledge what we did well, opportunities for growth, what we need to stop and decide on what we want to be true for you in your career and life for 2024.

There is so much that we can easily forget about who you are: your amazing skills, talents and impact as you work towards your career goals and the change you want to see in the world.

Today, I am here to remind you that:

🎉 You are one amazing and talented woman with unique skills and talents.

🎉 Your voice is needed, your expertise, your passion, your voice makes more of a difference than you will ever know.

🎉 You have it within you to achieve everything that you desire in your career and in your life.

And so much can be changed by how you think about your options to move forward with what you're working to achieve in your career now and in the future.
