How is looking at your Bank Balance For You?

Dear Wonderful Woman,


How are you doing?


I wonder who amongst us is good at having a handle on their bank balance? Because I can tell you've had a lot of excuses about why I didn't check my bank balance on regular basis, especially when I was employed.


And one of the things women often say to me is there is not need for me to check my bank account because:


❌ I get paid once a month on this day

❌ So it's enough for me to look just on pay day

❌ What's the point of looking at my bank balance it only gives me stress

❌ I don't have any way to pay down the debt, so looking at my balance doesn't change that fact

❌ Looking at my bank balance reminds me of what I don't have

❌ I'm afraid to look at my Bank Balance


I totally hear you! It's not fun to do something which you think will bring you pain, fear or stress.


And this brings me to today's lesson, one of the biggest causes of STRESS for Humans is MONEY! And so this is why it's included in my definition of mental fitness.
