What do you need to do differently?

Dear Wonderful Woman,
I hope you're well.
It's the penultimate day of this month.
How have things been for you at work?
I've been thinking about how to do things differently for the new month.
We can get so used to our own habits and routines myself included. And it can be hard to change even if we know we've not been getting the results we desire. We need to be honest with ourselves about where we have the opportunity to do it differently.
We can get used too:
Putting our health and well-being on the bottom of the list
Not enforcing our boundaries at work
Operating from a place of stress rather than creativity
Overcommitting ourselves with our work and voluntary activities
Doubting our ability to progress beyond a certain level
Not believing in our ability to achieve our biggest career dream
It can be hard to break the cycle of doing what you've always done! I wanted to remind you and I of our opportunity to do things differently in this new month.
Here are 3 questions to help us do it differently this month:
1 What is 1 thing I can stop doing that doesn't serve me in terms of my thinking or my actions?
2 What is 1 negative belief that I can re-frame?
3 What is 1 thing I can do for my mental health and well-being regularly this month?
