Are you ready for the unexpected?

Dear Wonderful Woman,

How are you doing?

I'm well.

Yesterday just before I was going to bed, my husband and I noticed some water dripping from the kitchen ceiling.

There had been a history of leak and it had been patched up and fixed.

However the fix hadn't resolved the problem.

And it go me thinking about, how many times we ignore or avoid the thing that we know we need to work on because of the ick factor.

When we think about your career, there are things in career that you know that you need to work on:

🎯Asking for what you want

🎯Using your voice and speaking up for yourself

🎯Charting a course to where you truly want to be in your career

🎯Talking about your accomplishments in public

🎯Confidently asserting your boundaries

🎯Putting health and wellbeing first

Your career history and journey is unique, one where you've had victories, wins and triumphs and overcome challenges.

The challenges and the history of the things you have not gotten the result you desire don't mean that you will never get the result you desire.

Just as if you patch up or ignore a problem and don't commit to tackling the problem with an open mind, and willingness to face any discomfort, it's likely the problem will come back!

Rather than ignore or avoid, It's time to change your story, your beliefs and your actions.

Your past does not equal your future.

Now is the time change your story, to be courageous and to decide that you're ready to - "Be Bold, Be Brave, Back Yourself and Be Your Own Cheerleader".

Take your first steps by choosing 1 thing that gives you the ick in your career right now and make a commitment to tackling it for the next 4 months. I'd love to know what it is, hit reply and share:

What is that 1 icky thing you're going to work on for the next 4 months?

If confidence and self-belief feel a bit icky right now as you're executing your next job move or if you're lacking clarity on how to execute your next career move, get in touch to find out how the Career Clarity Breakthrough Solution can help you level-up and achieve your career dreams.

Have a great day ahead and a wonderful weekend.

Warm Regards,

P.S. Having the ick or feeling discomfort, doesn't mean you shouldn't do it! Start small, practice, take action and do it messily. Because the doing is where the magic happens. Go for it! 🙌🏾🙌🏾
