I am well.

Yesterday I could have been devastated.

It was the day I was opening the doors to my brand new group coaching programme the Job Search Accelerator for mid-level women in tech.

I didn't meet my goal to make it the experience I want it to be.

So I failed.

I didn't get the result.

I was disappointed, but I didn't quit.

I decided to go again.
