You probably don't ever really consider how valuable your knowledge and your contribution is and what that's worth.

If it's something that comes easily to you and you don't even have to think about it then you might not recognise it and value it correctly.

Today I want you to reflect and consider:

1 What knowledge and what value do I bring to my current company?

Think about the things you know are unique to how you deliver your work. What you've had people say is great about work you've delivered and the things you do support any social or charitable causes at work.

Write down a list of 4 areas where you think you add value to your company.

Have you recognised them before?

Are they things you could use to:

✅ Make a case for a promotion

✅ As evidence for your performance review

✅ To go for a new job at a higher salary

✅ To Monetize your knowledge for yourself
