Dear Wonderful Woman,

I hope you're well.

I'd like to extend a warm welcome to our recent joiners, you're very welcome. 

We're all smart, ambitious and mission driven women. You're looking to unlock and unleash your greatest potential. But sometimes you get stuck, by a lack of belief, by fear and the "lies that you have come to believe", about what you can, and can't do. 

We tend to be creatures of habit. We don't tend to think about how that pesky negative internal chatter, can present itself as looking like "facts", when it's not actually true. Today, I want you to think about one limiting-belief that you have, and ask yourself the following questions:

• Is this belief that I have really true?

• Is this thought in any way useful or helpful?

• Does this thought help me to take any positive intentional action? 

With 5 months left of this year, I want you to proceed with getting the clarity that you need to chart the course to your next career move and for you to stay focussed on progressing towards your career goals. Keep taking the positive intentional action that you need to make your career dreams a reality. 

Make a conscience effort to challenge some of those thoughts that present themselves as facts, but are the things that are keeping you stuck, fearful and lacking clarity. Take the opportunity today to reflect on just one of these limiting-beliefs, and dispute it like you would if you were defending your best friend! 

Next reframe it and decide, how do I want to be, how do I want to feel, and how do I want to act differently. Take a moment to visualise and feel the positive embodiment of you having - spoken up, shared your expertise, taken action to try a new career direction or whatever it is you're working towards with your career dreams. Do the visualisation over a series of days to see how you feel, because it takes time to embrace a higher version of yourself. 

Beyond, fear and the limiting-beliefs, is your opportunity to stand in your power and to give the world your unique contribution. We need what you have to offer, so go ahead and believe that you're worthy, your voice matters, and now is the time to make a change to enable your work to enrich your life.
