Today I am reflecting on my journey, because it's my Birthday today!

I want to take this moment to appreciate the incredible and wonderful Ladies in this community who I know are all doing brilliant and impactful things.

I know that it can sometimes be hard to appreciate ourselves, to see and accept our value, to believe that we are making a difference and to back ourselves.

I want to remind you that everything that you want in your career is possible and that you can make it happen.
