Are guilty of treating yourself without care?

Hello Lovely New Coach & Consultant,


How are you doing? I am well.


I have been thinking a lot about feedback and taking care of myself. I mean really stepping up and making sure that I am thriving, getting enough sleep, focussing and not falling into the trap of everything needs to be done today, when it really doesn't!


Yesterday the Creator Cohort for the Senior Female Professional to Coach or Consultant kicked off. We have started with the topic of self-care. Because as a woman in business self-care is not optional it is vital for successful business.


Are you guilty of these lack of self-care sins? I know I have been and I'm working to not fall back into old habits or beliefs about my health and wellbeing.


Sacrificing self-care in a drive for over-productivity.

❌ Not focussing on what has to be done today and doing more than is necessary.

❌ Ignoring the first signs of Burnout and "keeping calm and carrying on".

❌ Putting everyone else's needs first and not having firm personal and professional boundaries.
