I hope you're well.

I've been feeling more courageous recently and one of the things that has given me momentum is setting a goal and taking action, alone or supported.

And what's really helping me is truly believing in taking "VALUE" from the journey. And focussing less on the desired outcome.

Because when you go for bigger, more audacious goals, expecting to hit a home run first run is an unmanageable expectation.

And there is lies the beauty of managing your expectations, thoughts and beliefs about getting to the desired outcome.

One valuable life lesson I've learnt is that the ONLY person that you can FULLY control is Yourself.

And this serves you in life and in coaching. Because sometimes as coaches we are tempted to take the burden of your client's inaction on yourself. It's not your burden to bear. It is their and you need learn discernment about when to step in and when to hold back.
