Being the world's best secret isn't going to get you the result!

The work will never speak for itself.

You have to be your own advocate for your work,

You have to let your manager know about the awesome work you're doing and the praise your are receiving.

Building your LinkedIn muscle and habit will help you to be more visible.

People often say, they don't know where to start.

Start from the beginning.

Make sure your profile basics are dealt with. Having a complete and up to date profile.

Then go ahead and make a plan about what you're going to post about.

Posting on LinkedIn can be as easy as:

1. Reporting on the last conference or event you went to
2. Sharing something you have learnt
3. Sharing your wins!

Now is your opportunity to reset.

To decide.

To step up.

To make a plan and take action.

To your success!

All you can be certain of is Change.

You do always have choices.

Feelings are NOT Facts!

You can take the following 3 Actions:

1 You can volunteer with a group that speaks and advocates on that cause

2 You can use your own social platforms to share your views about your values and beliefs

3 You become a Speaker and talk about this issue

These Actions are just a starter for 10.

Now the corporate environment will no doubt change in relation to geo-political changes locally and globally.

You will need to make decisions about your career and how you respond if your company changes policies or cuts back.

It's important to remember that you're not alone.

That you can do, something, as Michelle Obama Said!

However, the sage words of my coach and mentor

Nothing changes unless You Do!
