Each day from 1st - 14th Dec, you will receive an email with your gift, which is a career success question and personal well-being daily challenge. The power question will help you to get career success now and in 2023. The well-being challenge will support you to holistic career success and will take no more than 15mins.

Power Question for Career Success - Day 3

Question 3: What has been the No.1 issue that has blocked or challenged you for going what you want in your career?

This question is helping you to consider what has gotten in your way in terms of your own thinking, action/not enough action or beliefs. In thinking about this question I would like you to consider the questions below:

What limiting beliefs do I have about my career potential conscience and unconscious?

What am I doing to move beyond my comfort zone?

What fears are holding me back?

What do I do when I face setback, challenge or failure?

These questions are to support your to reflect on and identify and be honest with yourself about your blockers. For you to then commit to start taking small and intentional action to reduce and re-frame your current blocker.

Before you can move forward with confidence, it is important dig a bit deeper when thinking about what is holding your back in your career and to go beyond the surface. It is when we dig a bit deeper, we can get to "real issue". Then you can work on doing the inner work you need to do.

Reflect and journal on that question and take action on taking intentional action to work on cultivating a positive and resilient mindset that serves you.
