Dear Wonderful Woman,

I hope you're doing well.

Today is a day where a lot of people may be thinking about all the effort they have put into something. That their effort may not pay off. That there are still many challenges to overcome.

Have you also considered what you have already overcome? What progress you have made?

What should you do when something in your business, career or life is testing your resilience?

You should acknowledge how you feel and not ignore those feelings, #permissiontofeel your emotions. Take a moment to feel it and then let it go. Don't be tempted to carry it around like an albatross around your neck!

Use your emotions, anger, sadness, frustration or whatever you feel to fuel you taking action to make a positive difference. Because there are many things that you CAN control. One thing that you can control is YOURSELF. So, take a moment to think about what you can do to make a positive difference to your community, business, family, and friends.

I'd like to remind you that you can handle anything! I'm rooting for you to be courageous in these uncertain times. 💖

I'd like to share one tip to help you build personal resilience and that is practising gratitude for everything that you have. Taking the time to consider all the things that you have every day helps you to appreciate them. Even when times are tough there is still something that you can appreciate and control. Please take a moment today to think about the things that you are grateful for.

I look forward to supporting you with silencing your inner critic, this month with my free Zoom series. Unfortunately the event scheduled for today with Laura Bentley is postponed and we'll be rescheduling that soon. Next week on Monday I am excited to be speaking with Dontetella Porceddu who is an Emotional Eating Coach, she will sharing with us her personal struggles with eating and how she overcame them, tips for body confidence and giving her perspective as professional psychologist on how to silence those negative thoughts! On Wednesday I am speaking with Pinky Ghadiali, Mindset Coach and Founder of Netwomen, who will be sharing her inspirational story, telling us about what's its like to build an international community of women and sharing her actionable tip on how to silence your inner critic.

To your success!

Warm Regards,

Ekua 💛
