How does that make you feel?

I personally feel that there is time for me to achieve my goals. However I need to focus and decide what am I committed too. And it's time for me to think about what is really and truly important to me?

Do you know what's important to you in your career Right Now?

I think at this point in the year it's also good for us to reflect on how far we've come and also to acknowledge what we have done, learnt and achieved to date.

It's also a good point in the year to decide what do we Really want in our Career and what are we prepared to do to get it?!

Because staying in your comfort zone, is a sure fire way not to get what you want in your career RIGHT Now!
