Are your thoughts cheering for you?

Dear Wonderful Woman,
How are you doing?
I am well.
Today, I am thinking about what we can do daily to support our career success.
When you consider that we have 24 hours in a day. We have the opportunity to set ourselves up to approach the day with a positive attitude, with confidence and understanding that we can handle anything that happens out there!
And it is the handling of anything that is happening out there that I want us focus our attention on, because it's both our internal and external environment that where we can face challenges.
It's our internal environment, which I'll be focussing on today, our thoughts, our beliefs and our emotions.
I'd like us to reflect on what thoughts are you feeding your mind and what actions or inaction are you getting as a consequence.
Are you focussing on the thoughts that support you to take inspired and intentional actions?
Or are your feelings clouding what you think and the action you are taking?
We need to tune into our thoughts, and our feelings and be mindful of whether they are helpful or unhelpful to us. To be proactive in spotting when our thinking and our feelings, are preventing us from believing the REAL facts about ourselves.
Which is that you're an incredible woman, talented, skilled and with the capacity for growth and change. ππππΎππΎπ₯β€οΈ
You have it within you to be resilient, to have courage and to go beyond your comfort zone.
Today I want you to consider the following questions:
- What can I do to action or make progress with my current career opportunities?
- What is 1 different action that I can take today to make progress on my career goal?
- What can I do to give myself opportunities for career growth and what is 1 action I will take to move forward with this?
- What is 1 action I can take today to build my belief in myself? Some examples: Celebrate a win, write down my strengths, write an affirmation, recall something I'm proud of in my career, ask a friend to remind me of talents and wins etc
