Dear Wonderful Woman,
I hope you're well.
I just wanted to pop into your inbox to say:
Thank you for all of your efforts this year, they were appreciated.
Thank you for showing up for yourself, your family and your community.
Thank you for adapting and finding new ways of working, educating, caring for others and communicating with your community.
Thank you for being imperfectly you, I appreciate you.
Affirmation: Thank You! I celebrate your resilience this year.
2020 has been remarkable in showing what each and everyone of you Can Do to help yourself, family, friends and others in need. I am heartened to hear of the acts of kindness, humanity, empathy, compassion shown during this global health pandemic. In addition to the universal appreciation for healthcare workers around the world. The resilience that each and everyone of you has shown has been incredible. Your ability to change and focus on what you can control has helped you to overcome what you cannot control. Focus on what you Can Do, and let that be your starting point.
I would like to thank you for supporting my book. Please continue to share the details. I really appreciate the sharing. You are helping me to reach more women to believe in their unlimited potential.

As I bring my final email to a close, I would like to remind you to amplify the positive. The things that bring you joy, happiness and confidence. To focus on what is within your power to change. A final reminder for this year to feed your mind with the thoughts that help you to be optimistic, overcome your setbacks and urge you to push past the discomfort to do the things you could not conceive of doing until you tried. You know what's coming, practice and build your muscle, it will get easier.
You are so much more capable than you believe. Believe in yourself, and all of the great many things that you can accomplish. Finally, I acknowledge it's never easy, or simple. Moving towards a Growth Mindset, will help you to embrace the messiness of the journey. To accept that "failure" is just a stepping stone to your success!
Thank you for being in this newsletter community. Get in touch if you'd like to share any feedback.
Wishing you a Christmas Season that is joyful and restful. I hope that you'll start believing in your new possibilities for next year.
Warm Regards,
Ekua 💛
